Seller's Description: This pistol may meet some states requirements that have their own so called, "Assault Weapons Ban." This is considered a POST-BAN firearm. Check your state regulations. All lower parts are standard AR-style and are interchangeable with other manufacturers parts. The upper is a modified piece that contains the famous OA-series recoil system that eliminates the buffer tube. There is very little recoil due to the gas-op system, but it still packs the punch of the .223 Rem centerfire rifle cartridge. If you have any questions, please e-mail our info line.
