SHIPPING: Buyer pays Shipping & Handling charges. Quoted prices are for the lower 48 States… HANDGUNS $20.00 and are shipped USPS Priority Mail/Insured; LONG GUNS $25.00 ($45.00 to AK, CA, and HI) and are shipped UPS Ground/Insured. If you prefer another type of shipping, it can be arranged at additional cost. All modern firearms must be shipped to your FFL dealer for transfer. I include a signed copy of my FFL with each firearm shipped. U.S. Sales Only.  We are a wholesale distributor and are not set up for will-call transactions.  ALL FIREARMS MUST SHIP TO YOUR DEALER, EVEN IF LOCAL. All firearms are shipped with full insurance and with signature delivery confirmation to your FFL address.

Alaska: No Ammunition Sales

California:  Approved C&R Long guns to C&R FFL holders.  On Dealer FFL Transfers, your dealer must be on CLFC Database as an approved FFL Holder in California.  We cannot ship without a verification approval number.  Allow up to 1 month to complete these transfers.  NO HANDGUNS to CA.  No magazines over 10 rounds capacity.  No ammunition sales to Los Angeles, all of Orange County, and San Francisco.

Connecticut:  No C&R Pistol Sales to C&R FFL holders.  No semi-automatic rifles.

Hawaii:  No Magazines over 10 rounds capacity.  No ammunition sales.

Illinois:  No Firearm sales to Chicago and all of Cooke County.  C&R FFL holders must submit a copy of their Illinois FOID Card.

Maryland:  C&R Handguns only.  No magazines over 20 rounds

Massachusetts:  No ammunition sales.  No magazines over 10 rounds to anyone.  No Handguns to anyone.  No rifles that accept detachable magazines.  MA FID Class A or B license on C&R long guns.

New Jersey:  No Semi-Automatic Rifles.  No C&R FFL Sales.  No Magazines over 15 rounds.  No Ammunition Sales.  No sales of firearms that accept detachable magazines.

New York:  No Handgun sales to C&R FFL holders.  Handguns to FFL dealers with a State Handgun Dealers License only.  No Ammunition sales to NYC.

Washington:  No Machine Gun parts or parts kits

Washington DC:  No sales of any products.     

SAFETY NOTICE: Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired or detail inspected.  We only give a visual inspection for auction evaluation purposes only. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.  Please review the safety documentation that will ship with the firearm completely.

RETURN POLICY: All firearms come with a 3-day (M- F) inspection/return privilege unless specified in the listing. Inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer…it is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping unless we made an error in the listing. So please Read the listing and ask questions BEFORE you bid.  We consider our pictures to be part of our item description, so please review ALL photos associated with this listing. This policy does not cover items damaged in shipment; you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company.  We ship all firearms with adequate insurance.  If we file the claim on your behalf and receive payment, you must return the damaged firearm for refund.  All returned items must be in the exact condition that they left our possession in. At no time during the inspection period will the Buyer fire the firearm. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand to see it operates as advertised, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted, include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins.  An RGA is required on all returns, so e-mail us at rcarms@msn.com within the 3-day inspection period for a return RGA number and return instructions.  All refunds will be less the S&H charges and any auction site fees incurred.

E-MAIL POLICY: All contact should be via the auction site and include item number specifics.  Should you use the website contact, please include item information including where you saw our offering.  Low priced firearms, ammo, and accessories come at a cost.  We’ve kept our overhead quite low, so that means that we do not have a full time person available to answer the phones or e-mails all day long.  If you call and get the voice mail, please leave a message that includes your phone number.  If you e-mail, please be patient as it can take up to a couple of days for a response.  Over gun show weekends, this wait can be up to 5 days.

Shipping/handling and insurance fees will not be refunded. All original packing – including boxes, packing material, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and the product must be in the ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange or refund.
